This hotel has a stunning location, high up in the mountains with beautiful views. You can enjoy these views from the terrace while enjoying a cup of coffee. the hotel is also conveniently located close to the highway, which makes it easy to access. the modern rooms are spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities.

I was disappointed with the quality of the dinner. the menu was quite limited, and the food was average in terms of taste and presentation.

Really liked the room size; they were spacious and had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning - it had a lot of options to choose from. The location was perfect since we were able to walk to most of the city attractions.

the surroundings were quite noisy which made it hard to sleep at night. We wish the hotel had soundproof walls.

As low-budget travelers, we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities at Hotel Opal. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. the Mediterranean chicken and Sargamuskotany wine in the a la carte dinner were excellent, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. the price/value ratio of our stay was perfect, offering great value for money. We also appreciated being able to extend our check-out time without any extra charge.

The hotel had a very good location and it was easy to access various points of interest. the hotel had its own parking lot, which was a big plus for us since we traveled by car. the personnel were also very friendly and could speak English fluently, which made communication very easy. the room was spacious, clean and well equipped, with nice complementary toiletries.

The mattresses were not linked together and were somewhat uncomfortable because we booked a room with two separate beds instead of one larger bed. the staff did not provide enough kitchenware in the smaller rooms, causing some inconvenience for us.
